What is a “download”?
A download is a single coloring page either in US Letter or in A4 size.
What coloring pages are included in plus+?
You get access to all coloring pages on the website.
Are my downloads unlimited as a plus+ subscriber?
No, there is a limitation of 10 downloads per day as a monthly subscriber and 100 downloads per day as a yearly subscriber. We do this to make sure a responsible use of our resources is made and to avoid abuse.
Does my subscription includes future coloring pages releases?
Yes. As long your subscription is active, you wuld be able to download new releases and upgrades of all coloring pages.
Will I get automatically charged?
You will be charged on the date of your initial subscription, and then automatically charged monthly or annually for your subscription at the then-current monthly/annual rate until you cancel.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, although our subscriptions do automatically renew, you are free to cancel at any time. If you decide to cancel, you will keep having access until the end of your pre-paid period. After that your subscription will automatically stop and no further charges will occur. No questions asked.
Is my subscription plan automatically renewed?
Yes. Your subscription plan will renew automatically unless you cancel this option. To cancel the automatic renewal of your plan and avoid future non-desired payments you must cancel your subscription from your user’s profile.
Once you cancel you subscription, it will expire at the end of your pre-paid period.
Can I still access the coloring pages that I have downloaded?
You’ll continue to have unlimited access to every coloring page you had downloaded as plus+ subscriber. See our Terms of Service for more information.
What methods of payment are accepted for the Annual Membership?
The payment methods accepted depend on your location and the contents of the your order. In general terms we accept credit and debit card in all transactions. We acccept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB and Union Pay. You can also pay through PayPal and Amazon Payments.
